SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions Mid Atlantic Plans 4th Annual Event
~ April 13 & 14, 2008
Charlotte, NC On Sunday and Monday,
April 13 & 14, 2008 - the Mid-Atlantic office of SO.CAP. USA
Hair Extensions will host their fourth annual Hair Extravaganza
event. This open invitational event will unite some of the most
acclaimed platform artists, hair extensionists, salon owners and
marketing experts from across the USA at the Marriott Executive
Park Hotel in Charlotte, NC.
  This
special two-day Hair Extravaganza event will be open on Sunday and
Monday with both basic beginner seminars and advanced demonstrations
for professional salon hair extension artistry. SO.CAP. USA Hair
Extensions ~ Mid Atlantic facilitates these special regional events
for those wishing to launch their career in hair extensions or when
crossing over from another hair extension company. Hands-on workshops
and lecture demonstration classes will be presented in Advanced
Haircutting, Hair Extension Maintenance, Client Consultations, Successful
Salon Marketing Strategies and How to Effectively Work With Short
Hair. Optional seminars will include special Advanced Certification
Programs. SO.CAP.USA ~ Mid Atlantic will be bringing back their
'Personal Touch Class' this year for professional hair extensionists
to exchange services. Hairstylists who work independently can now
get their hair extensions done while at this event.
Power Forum: There will be a special new 'Power
Forum' with nationally respected guest hair extensionists. Nikki
Long of Charlotte, NC will be teaching at this Multicultural Hair
Extension Artistry Power Forum. Franco Hernandez, the National Director
of Education for SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions from Dallas, TX will
also be one of the guest featured artists.
Photography Prep Class: Kathy Williams of SO.CAP.USA.
Hair Extensions ~ Mid Atlantic notes, "An extra special feature
of this two day event is a Photography Prep Class. Hairstylists
will learn how to create and facilitate professional photography
sessions, so that you can get your artistic hair creations published
nationally and internationally. You will learn tips and techniques
for what gets some work published, while others do not. They will
work with you on how to select attractive models, creating their
looks, makeup and hairstyles for photography sessions. Those interested
in using the class as a workshop can have their models photographed
that same afternoon, in a practice session. All Hair Extravaganza
event participants will be invited to participate in the creation
of the new 2008 Passion International Hair Extension Stylebook Photography
Competition Sessions being held in Charlotte, NC on Sunday and Monday,
May 11 and 12, 2008.
