Charlotte, NC SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions Mid Atlantic will host their fifth annual Hair Extravaganza event Sunday and Monday, March 29 & 30, 2009 at the Renaissance Suites & Hotel in Charlotte, NC. This open invitational event will unite some of the most acclaimed platform artists, hair extensionists and salon owners with marketing and medical experts from across the USA.
  Hair Extravaganza Educational Forum: This special two-day Hair Extravaganza event will include basic beginner certification classes as well as advanced hair design demonstrations for professional salon hair extension artistry. SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions Mid Atlantic facilitates these special regional events for those launching their career in hair extensions or when crossing over from another hair extension company. Hands-On Workshops and Image Consultant’s classes will cover Advanced Haircutting Design, Perfect Placement, Haircolor Formulations, Cost Effective Service Pricing, Hair Extension Maintenance, Client Consultations, Hair Extension Removals and How to Effectively Work With Short Hair.
A new Reality Class will be offered at this year’s event. This advanced class will give hairstylists the opportunity to create looks for live pre-screened models, much like on the Shear Genius TV show. Hair extensions experts and educators will be present to give tips and advice, while hairstylists work to achieve their model’s desired look. Kathy Williams and her educational team will offer optional new SO.CAP. USA seminars that will include special Advanced Certification Programs. .
Special Seminars: Larry Oskin of Marketing Solutions will present ‘Salon & Day Spa Marketing, Advertising & PR’ while also reviewing ‘Hair Extension Marketing Strategies’. Donna White, ND will make a special presentation on ‘Alopecia, Hair Loss, Thyroid and Hair Restoration. White has a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Her seminar will help hair extensionists to more effectively service their hair loss clients with professional hair replacement services.
 Mad Hatter’s Ball: This annual Sunday evening dinner party celebration will honor all attendees and special achievements from the past year. It will also include a special ‘Hair Extensions Trend Release’ presentation.
