The salon or stylist is 100% responsible for the accuracy of their listing and advertisement.
The Hair Extension Guide is not liable for any lost profits, lost opportunities or damages due to an inaccurate listing or any network interruptions beyond the Hair Extension Guide's control including without limitation, any downtime regarding computer servers or interruption of Internet Service Providers.

The salon or stylist acknowledges that the use of material they provide shall not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other third party proprietary right. The salon or stylist will save and hold harmless the Hair Extension Guide, its agents, suppliers or affiliates from any and all copyright infringement judgements resulting from the unlawful use of images and property listed. All testimonials are accurate and appropriate permissions have been received from customers.

The salon or stylist agrees to keep their listing updated with the most resent information. The Hair Extension Guide will update your information within 2 business day or at a certain date requested by you.

Advertisements and paid listings will be placed within 2 business days after receiving of payment and materials.

The Hair Extension Guide reserves the right to remove any listing or advertisement not in conformity with the policies and style of www.hairextensionguide.com

Materials (pictures etc.) send to us by regular mail will only be returned when a return envelop with postage was included.
