or damages due to an inaccurate listing or any network interruptions beyond
the Hair Extension Guide's control including without limitation, any downtime
regarding computer servers or interruption of Internet Service Providers.
The salon or stylist acknowledges that the use of material
they provide shall not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret
or other third party proprietary right. The salon or stylist will save
and hold harmless the Hair Extension Guide, its agents, suppliers or affiliates
from any and all copyright infringement judgements resulting from the
unlawful use of images and property listed. All testimonials are accurate
